- Each plant is packed for its size and the season, with care taken around temperature when shipping.
Plants are living things. Careful checks reduce risk, but no one can promise a plant is entirely free of pests or disease, or that it won't develop problems after it arrives. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work through it with you.
How we handle orders
- Checkout
- Online checkout isn’t open yet. When it opens, payment will be handled through a secure, hosted checkout, and we won’t see or store your full card details.
- Inventory
- Availability in our shop comes from our live catalog, so what you see listed is what we actually have.
- Shipping
- We plan to ship live houseplants to eligible destinations. Some plants can't be sent to certain places, and we'll confirm those limits before shipping opens.
- Local pickup
- Pickup in Cookeville, Tennessee will be by appointment. Scheduling isn't open yet.
- Support
- Write to RootboundCoLLC@gmail.com with your name, order details if you have them, and photos when a plant is involved. A real person reads every message.
